FAQs

Don't know your vehicle size?

What’s the difference between a wax and sealant?

Wax enhances your paint’s shine and offers short-term protection, usually lasting 1 to 2 months. Sealant is a synthetic formula that provides longer durability, lasting up 4-6 months, with a slick finish and stronger protection against elements such as bird droppings, rain, UV rays, bugs & more.

Yes! We’re fully mobile.  We come directly to your home, office, or job site for total convenience.

Do you have water and power ?

Yes, we’re fully self-contained with our own water and power supply. You don’t need to provide anything.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and most mobile payment apps.

Can bug splatter permanently ruin my paint ?

What is the difference between an XL SUV and a regular SUV

I use another service who does it cheaper, why not just call them?

The real question to ask

When considering a detail, many people think “what’s the cheapest option available today?” but that’s the wrong question to be asking. Instead, you need to ask:

  • Is he a professional with extensive knowledge and experience detailing ?
  • Is he properly licensed, accredited, and insured to protect you and your vehicle?
  • Does he have access to the latest equipment, techniques, and high-quality products to deliver exceptional results?

You will come to find the answer is no. Do not risk your vehicles integrity and overall look with an unqualified detailing service. Choose a top-rated, reputable, and accredited detailing service that meets these standards.

My car is leased, should I have it detailed?

Absolutely, the better your car appears and is kept maintained, the better trade value that you will receive on your car, and less you get charged for restoring the car.

I bought a smokers car. What can you do about that?

Smoke odor is one of the most challenging things to encounter as a detailer. In order to successfully remove cigarettes or marijuana odors we would have to fully clean the interior and headliner of the vehicle. Following this we would use our ozone generator to eliminate/ mitigate the odor. Sometimes a second treatment can be necessary.

Can you fix paint scratches?

The Fingernail test: A quick and easy way to assess scratch damage.

Wondering if we can fix that deep scratch on your vehicle? Try this simple fingernail test.

  • Run your fingernail over the scratch. If you can feel a small indent or abrasion, it’s likely too deep for us to buff out.

In a situation where the scratch has gone far past the clear coat, we will point you in the right direction for a touch-up painting.

How long will a spray wax last for ?

Typically 1–2 months, depending on weather and wash habits. For longer protection, consider a sealant.

Do I need to remove personal items before you arrive?

It’s not required, but we recommend removing personal items so we can start your detail right away and ensure nothing is in the way. If we find any items inside, we’ll carefully place them in a bag and leave them securely in your trunk after the service.
